This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by HBT Creations Pvt. Ltd. (“HBT Creations”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including custom software/website/app development engagements and our products Mobile Safe, EMI Safe, AdvancePay, and kreditBook. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project or service engagement at any time before the project work has begun. Once work has commenced, cancellation will be handled as described in Section 2 below.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Payments made for work that has already been completed are non-refundable.
- If a project has not yet started, refunds may be considered after deducting applicable administrative charges.
- Milestone payments already utilized for completed work are non-refundable, even if the overall project is later cancelled.
- Partially completed milestones will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine the refundable portion, if any.
3. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Software licenses, APIs, mobile applications, customized development work, and subscription-based digital services (including access to Mobile Safe, EMI Safe, AdvancePay, and kreditBook) are non-refundable once delivered, activated, or the subscription period has begun, except where required otherwise by law.
4. Client-Caused Delays
If a project remains inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of response, feedback, or required inputs from the client, HBT Creations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to close or reschedule the project without issuing a refund for work already completed or resources already allocated.
5. Defects & Support
If a delivered product or service does not function as agreed due to an error on our part, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a fix, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at hbtcreations10@gmail.com or call +91 9699503461 with your project/order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
